SAISA INNP4 Regatta Nov 5, 2011

Weather conditions were practically perfect for the SAISA INNP4 regatta at Lake Crabtree County Park, in Morrisville, NC. Temperatures started out cool, but with sunny skies they reached the mid 60s by the afternoon. The wind blew between 8 and 15 mph throughout the day, and 30- degree wind shifts throughout the races provided plenty of challenges for the racers. The general wind direction started out of the north in the morning, then clocked steadily to the northeast throughout the day. PRO Jay Smith and his race committee from the Carolina Sailing Club were able to orchestrate a complete round-robin of fourteen races.
